Dear traveller, Welcome on our website. - We proudly present you our program for 2008. It concerns holiday accommodation all over Crete. When you are interested in a certain accommodation, you can send us the application form. We will contact you as soon as possible. - You can make a choice out of our large portfolio with over 200 villas, holiday homes, beach houses and country houses (mostly with privat pool and all with a rental car), 150 buildings with apartments, maisonettes, studios and hotelrooms, if desired also with a car. - Also for larger groups or families we have possibilities. Even when a large villa is not available, we can offer two or more accommodation on the same privat plot. - Our prices are all-inclusive, so we don’t charge extra costs for reservation or booking. - Your request is usually answered personally within 24 hours. - You can decide yourself on which day of the week the rental period starts. - You can count on good advice. We know the accommodation and visit them regularly. - The price of the accommodation is per week (7 nights), so not per person (except hotel rooms) and includes electricity and water, linen and towel change and cleaning at least once a week. - Our website is user-friendly. With the search possibilities you can mention your preferences. There is also a photo page which you can choose from. Furthermore you can search per region or you can contact us for suggestions. - We keep this website accurate, so you will always see the correct and up-to-date information. - You are advised by enthousiastic Dutch people, living on Crete and having knowledge of the Greek language and lifestyle and tourism in general. - We are a booking agency for SMART HOLIDAYS EPE, certified by E.O.T.
